gathers in the Conference Room-Library with the Augsburg series, by Augsburg Fortress, for an hour. The Augsburg series offers timely topics for discussion based on selected books of the Bible. Participants may visit or drop in any Sunday morning. Every Sunday morning at 9:30 a.m. through the school year; 9:15 a.m. in the summer.
for young adults and high school students, this study looks at world issues through the lens of faith and Scripture. Led by Tammy Mason, youth director. Sunday mornings at 9:30 a.m. follows school schedule.
In the New Testament Gospel of Mark, we meet Jesus, the man who is King. But this king comes to serve--not to be served. He eats with sinners rather than royalty. His crown is made of thorns instead of gold. This study introduces you to the compassionate, suffering, astonishing king who calls us to follow him. Meeting on Sunday evenings from 6:00- 8:00 p.m. in the Conference Room- Library on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of the month. Contact the church for more information.
meets in the Conference Room-Library every Tuesday afternoon from 1:00- 2:30 p.m. during the school year. Enjoys monthly lunches over the summer months. PRISCILLA CIRCLE engages in lively conversations to learn from one another as the women study biblical texts.
meets in participants’ homes on the first and third Tuesday evenings, beginning at 7:00 p.m. This is a study group for those who want to dig a little deeper into what it means to live life in relationship with God. Using Kevin Quast's Reading the Gospel of John. The purpose of this gospel is"...that you may come to believe that Jesus is the Messiah, the Son of God, and that through believing you may have life in his name" (John 20:30-31).
This Bible Study is led by Pastor Castleman or the current Vicar. . The study group meets at the church in the Conference Room/Library on the 2nd Thursday morning from 9:30- 11 a.m.
A fall and spring 6 week sesion are offered by Pastor Castleman. Participants will be reading the Bible to deepen God-created, Jesus-saved, Spirit-filled lives. Meets on Wednesday evenings from 7:15- 8:30 p.m.
gathers once a month on the first Saturday of the month in the Church Hall for breakfast, Bible Study and fellowship. Currently using Master Builder's Bible for Men study guide. Begihns at 8:00 a.m.

A social issue group that is developing from a study of Barbara Ehnreihnrech's book "Nickle and Dimed On (not) getting by In America" . This group is seeking involvement with New Creation Ministries (a local men's shelter), but is also meeting on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of the month for planning/debriefing involvement as well as prayer and the reading of Scripture and various articles surrounding poverty issues. Sometimes called the PASTOR’S CLASS. The number of sessions, as well as the day and time varies to suit the participants. A session is scheudled to begin on Tuesday, April 24, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. Additional meetings will be held on Tuesday, May 1st and May 8th with Pastor Castleman. Tuesday, May 15th will be the New Member Stewardship introduction and the final meeting will be Life Together with Barbara Clements detailing opportunities for involvement in Christ Lutheran. Throughout the year, there are several new member celebrations -- opportunities for fellowship and refreshments on Sunday morning.
A yearly 3 day retreat held at Lindenwood Retreat Center on the campus of Ancilla College in Donaldson, IN. A time for Christ Lutheran members to learn, meditate, pray, worship and fellowship together.
