Welcome to the Health Ministries page!
As Christ Lutheran Church grows, we need to pay close attention to our physical, emotional, spiritual, and social harmony which leads to a healthy and healing relationship with God, family, faith communities, culture and creation. As your parish nurse and coordinator of the health ministries program, together, we can make that happen!
Visit this page often for healthy lifestyle tips, health news updates, & a weekly calendar of upcoming programs and activities.
Feel free to contact me with questions &/or suggestions. I'll pray with you and for you, no matter what your need.
"What we choose changes us. Who we love transforms us. How we create remakes us. Where we live reshapes us. So in all our choosing, O God, make us wise. In all our loving, O Christ, make us bold. In all our creating, O Spirit, give us courage. In all our living, may we become whole." ~ Jan Richardson
Peace in Christ,
