Traditional Worship Service
Traditional Worship Service
Contemporary or Traditional Worship Service
A time on Sunday Nights for our students in grades 9-12 to gather to experience Christ in our congregation. We begin with a meal provided by one of our parents at 6:00 p.m. We then gather together for worship at 6:30, participate in small group ministry from 7:00-8:00, and conclude with prayer together from 8:00 until 8:30. Students work with peer ministers and caring adults to talk about issues of faith: where have I seen God this week? What is God doing in my life? How am I open to what God is doing? Together we strive to be more attentive to God in our individual lives and in our life as a community.
Happen a few times during the year. We hold a Spirituality retreat in early December to prepare for the coming of our Lord and may take other day trips as the schedule allows. Each summer we plan a mission trip to grow through service by helping a community with home repair and children’s activities.
Happen from time to time. Watch the calendar for information on fundraisers, service projects, family outings, and other exciting activities!
